FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1. What is the appropriate training attire?
Slacks, Jeans and a Polo are acceptable. We request that you NOT wear a duty uniform, or weapons exposed.
2. Are civilians allowed.
SOME civilians are allowed, however unless they are invited, they must request permission to attend. If granted permission to attend, they still can’t attend LE restricted classes. If you feel you have a bona fide reason to attend, contact us HERE.
3. Are there certificates?
Yes, there are certificates with training hours listed.
4. Is this class P.O.S.T. approved?
Because the content of the class changes yearly, we do not attempt to P.O.S.T. certify the conference. We do provide certificates and a breakdown of class hours.
5. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations received prior to 7 days from the official start of the conference (2-13-12 @ 5PM, Pacific), will receive a complete refund. Outside of 72 hours (2-17-12 @ 5PM, Pacific) the entire fee minus $75 will be returned. Within 72 hours or No shows will forfeit the entire amount, or be billed the entire amount.
6. Can my spouse attend?
Spouses can not attend classes. They can purchase tickets to receptions, or visit the exhibit area at no charge.
7. Do attendees have to stay at the host hotel?
No, but you are responsible for your transportation.
8. What meals are provided?
No meals are provided, however snacks will served at the reception (included in the registration fee).
