Brad Smith
Corporal Smith has been a police officer since 1981. He was a K9 handler for 20 years and a SWAT dog handler for 18 years. Corporal Smith retired in June 2010.
Corporal Smith is the founder of Canine Tactical Operations & Consulting or K9TacOps for short. Corporal Smith provides consulting services to law enforcement on K-9 related issues such as: dog and handler selection, oral boards, training, report writing, policy, case law, use of force, deployment tactics for K-9 patrol deployments and K-9 SWAT operations. Gene Ramirez, ESQ
Gene Ramirez worked as a Deputy District Attorney for the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office, where he conducted numerous misdemeanor and felony jury trials, including murder trials. Franco Angelini
Franco Angelini. In September 2005, Franco retired after serving 25 years in law enforcement. Beginning with his experience as K9 handler/trainer with the US Army, through his years with the United States Secret Service, and as a K9 Handler/Trainer for the Harrisburg City Police Department now gives him the opportunity concentrate on his passion of educating handlers in the art of decoying, problem solving and behavior modification. Jerry Bradshaw
Girard William “Jerry” Bradshaw is the CEO and Training Director for Tarheel Canine Training, Inc. of Sanford, North Carolina. Jerry is a professional consultant to various Police agencies and private corporations for K9 training & deployment. Jerry is often featured speaker at Police K9 conferences and has been invited to instruct at workshops and seminars around the country. Ken Licklider is the owner and Chief of Vohne Liche Kennels. Ken is a retired Senior Master Sergeant from the Air Force with over 27 years experience as a trainer and kennel manager. Ken Pavlick
Ken Pavlick, the head trainer of Pacific Coast Canine, has over 23 years experience handling, training, and supervising patrol dogs, explosive detector dogs, and narcotic detector dogs.
Ken began his working dog career in the United States Air Force in 1982, where he was a patrol dog handler, explosive detector dog handler, and a narcotic detector dog handler. He eventually advanced to positions as a patrol dog trainer, detector dog trainer and finally, supervisor of a detector dog section. Read More.
